Very good!

Extremely professional and fair attitude! I recommend them!

Only those who have lived through it can understand the horror of having bed bugs as roommates. Thank you to the whole team for ridding me of these vile creatures, and nothing personal, but I hope I never need your services again.

Professional treatment and conduct by the operator and the person who does the spraying

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and very easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly and did the job carefully and efficiently. I was especially impressed by their attention to detail and how seriously they take their work. Very reliable company and great customer service. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them.

The bug terminators

fair and meticulous!!!!

I’m very satisfied with the pest control service! We had three treatments, one week apart, and I haven’t seen a single pest in over a month. The total cost was around €500, but it was absolutely worth it. Much better than having to completely renovate my apartment because of a pest infestation. Thank you for the professional service!

The best 👌

Great products, and support

Very professional, and we are pleasantly surprised, thank you

Top quality

Extremely professional attitude from the phone call to the delivery of the service! Tsvetelin Tuparov works very responsibly and conscientiously! He carefully explains all the details and recommendations to follow after the treatment! I recommend Preventa wholeheartedly!

Always responsive, fast and effective! Don't look for other solutions - cockroaches, bed bugs, they've proven themselves to me. If you have a problem - they're the people to call.

We are very happy with Sami! An exceptional professional!

Super happy with Sami, extremely punctual and reliable :)

Sami, thank you for the professional attitude.

The guy explained everything very calmly, competently and clearly. He gave guidance and solutions.

We are very happy! I haven't seen any bed bugs since the very first spraying. The guy who does the spraying is very polite and precise in his work. He explained everything to us very well, including how we can help the process of getting rid of these nasty little critters.

Sami has been incredibly helpful with our situation. Our home was extremely infested. We recently lost our dad, my mom is older and sick, and I deal with anxiety, but Sami was very calm and supportive. He walked us through the entire process and explained exactly what we needed to do. Since I am managing everything from abroad, he even took videos to show his work. I have worked with him numerous times, and he has always done an amazing job. I will definitely continue working with him and the company.

Fast and professional. I recommend

Very satisfied. 3 treatments and the problem is solved! Thank you!

2 months ago I had a serious insect problem at home because of a broken window pane. I didn't know who to turn to or who I could just leave the keys with so the inspection could be done. Mr. Nikolay was very professional and got the job done relatively quickly.
After an initial inspection and a second visit to the property, he managed to clear the home completely and also applied products to keep insects from intruding into my space.

The best in the area is Niki! He's the only one I trust 100%

Excellent service! The technician was very professional, friendly, and thorough. He explained everything clearly and did an excellent job spraying for insects. He was punctual, efficient, and made sure everything was done properly. I highly recommend this service. Thank you for the great work!
